So, I've kinda had this thought rattling around in my head for a little while. While I like those big 10000k+ ml diapers, it takes a serious effort to use one fully in a day. Ie: drinking well over a gallon of water, and a decent session of diaper yoga lol. I sleep poorly in diapers so I usually only wear throughout the day. Also, I'd be curious to see what everyone's "full use" is.

I would say at least 12 hours.
But a high absorbency nappy is not good enough on its own no matter what the theoretical absorbency states .
They all leak if you are a side sleeper.
They must be covered by another absorbent layer to absorb the leaks and a waterproof layer on top of that

6-8 hours. I wear for pleasure so I'm always drinking water and/or coffee while wearing to try to fill them to max. If it was a casual day and I wasn't trying then probably would take me over 24 hours lol

I used to have that problem too. Eventually over time, it got easier and easier. I now sleep better in them. I started by wearing on the weekends, and gradually adding consecutive days until I was doing it the whole week.
For the high capacity diapers, I usually wear one every night. I drink a bottle of water before bed, and it's usually pretty full by the time I wake up. It's awesome to wake up in a comfy, warm, squishy diaper.

Please be careful drinking a lot of water
you can easily get water toxicity as you flush out important electrolytes & minerals your body needs to function and most importantly keep you alive

I have a hard time filling an adult diaper of any capacity before my mom makes me change.

I've bladder+bowel incontinence. My urine output is high most of the time. During the day I can get 4-6 hours from an InControl BeDry Night (rated for 11,000 mL ISO capacity). Less than 4-6 hours if my bowels aren't cooperating.

With the power of water and diuretics (maybe once every couple weeks) I can make a mega diaper leak in about 8 hours.
Just keep in mind that like all medicine diuretics can damage your body.

If I drink enough fluids, I can at least get a megamax or bedry to the point when most of the diaper is very, very squishy in 3ish hours. I don't know exactly what counts as full, though.

10,000 ml is 2.68 gallons that would weigh 22.3 pounds. It would sag and fall off long before you got to 10,000 mls.

8-10hrs for me, but it’s all depending on what I’m doing to, how much fluid did I drink and what the activity is, night time use, 10hrs no problem, day time could be different.
